为此，利用ChatGPT （本人不懂JavaScript），写了个小插件实现生成DNA碱基序列的互补序列5‘ --> 3' 方向和 3‘ --> 5' 方向。虽然很小，但有时很有用。

I work in the biotech field, mainly dealing with primer design, sequencing method development, and NGS data analysis. One of the things I often need is the complementary sequence of DNA, but specifically in the 3’ --> 5’ direction. Doing this manually is tedious, error-prone, and just a hassle.

So, I used ChatGPT to create a small plugin that automatically generates the complementary DNA sequence in both the 5’ --> 3’ and 3’ --> 5’ directions. I’m not a JavaScript expert, but with a bit of help, I managed to get it working. It’s a small tool, but super handy when I need it.
